The author has been involved in the tourism industry since 1996, experienced the ups and downs of the industry and deeply understood the drastic changes in consumption patterns. In 2016, he worked for L Travel, in charge of brand strategy and new business planning. The cruise tourism market in Taiwan is growing rapidly, ranked second in the Asian cruise passenger source market in 2019. In response to the development of L Travel Group, the author entered the cruise business department to plan the business of Taiwan cruise products. COVID-19 had a major global impact on mental health. Most Countries enacted border controls that international travel came to a standstill. Fortunately, Taiwan has taken appropriate epidemic prevention measures and resumed normal life in June 2020.Taiwan led the world in resuming international cruise trips with the launch of the "Island Hopping Tour." Inspired by this opportunity, the author thinks about integrating resources to promote marine tourism, and hopes to use this research project to explore the main decision-making factors, investigate the trend of possible business model, and provide business operators with evaluation criteria on their models. |
