| 摘要: | 台灣企業在經過一甲子的戮力發展後,不論是傳統產業或電子業都有不少企業集團成為該產業的隱形冠軍。在創辦者或第一代經營者過世之後,家族間為了爭奪家產或經營權,導致兄弟鬩牆進而分家,削弱了公司集團經營傳承的能力,甚或經營權被外人所奪,類似情況屢見不鮮。家族企業的創業者或第二代經營者在為企業永續發展上除了採取以自家人為企業傳承之方式外,台灣的家族企業甚少以財富傳承方式做為家族傳承的選項,本研究以個案來探討以財富傳承的成功因素。
個案中的家族企業以家族辦公室方式順利地進行財富的傳承,家族間藉由家族憲章的制定與規範,讓家族成員的權利與義務能充份的表彰在文字上,讓家族成員得以共同遵守。家族財富也藉由家族辦公室適當的規劃與投資,獲得穩定的增長。最重要的成功因素,乃在於企業創辦者與第二代皆具有開放的觀念,兩代之間能有良好的溝通及共識;此外,接班的及早規劃,家族成員的分工不分家,尊重並信任專業經理人的專業經營都是家族財富得以傳承的成功因素。 After six decades of dedicated development, numerous Taiwanese companies in both traditional industries and the electronics sector have emerged as hidden champions within their fields. However, after the founders or first-generation leaders pass away, disputes between family members over inheritance or management power often leads to internal conflicts and divisions, which weakens the company's ability to sustain operations across generations, and in some cases, control is seized by outsiders. Such situations are all too common. Unlike in other regions, where wealth inheritance is a common method of family business succession, Taiwanese family businesses rarely consider this option. Therefore, this thesis explores the factors in the success of wealth inheritance through a case study. In the case study, the family business successfully transferred wealth through the establishment of a family office. By drafting and adhering to a family constitution, the rights and obligations of family members were clearly delineated and documented, ensuring that all members adhered to common rules. The family office's proper planning and investments led to steady growth of the family's wealth. The most crucial factor in successful wealth inheritance was the open-mindedness of both the founder and the second generation. Also, effective communication and consensus between the two generations were essential. Additionally, early succession planning, clear division of responsibilities without breaking family bonds, and respect for and trust in professional managers' expertise were all keys to the successful inheritance of family wealth. |
