Abstract: | 本論文研究主題為一個儲存產業公司的新事業部門如何在一個新的市場區間,重新定位一個產品來切入該市場、並且在激烈的競爭下如何最大化產品在市場上的獨有優勢, 以及調整產品的競爭能力與無效率的部分。藉由一個新產品的產出及市場的回饋來觸發組織轉型及新價值創造與尋找, 協助企業的轉型與成長。
本研究以個案研究方法, 由 SWOT 分析模型來檢視個案公司的定位及差異優勢; 並利用提出心的方法來進行持續性策略的調整,藉由審視企業自身的能力,以及確保組織資源使用的最佳化,以及強化企業在目標市場的獨特經爭利。 研究發現個案公司的新事業部門能在強烈競爭者產品的威脅下走出自己的路 關鍵因素如下: 1. 善用公司已有的能力滿足潛在但未被滿足的使用者需求 2. 使用者體驗的直連結來引導產品的價值與方向 3. 校正並減少無效的投入 4. 在產業的趨勢發展下,尋求有利的產業定位 This paper study the strategy of a new business unit for a storage industry company in a new market segment, repositioning a product to cut into it. It describes how to maximize the unique advantages of the product in the targeted market segment under intense competition, and adjust Product competitiveness and inefficient part. With a new product strategy and market approaching to trigger self-capability adjustment and new value creation to help enterprises in the transformation and growth. In this study, the SWOT analysis model is used to review the positioning and difference advantages of the case companies. The use of the proposed method is to adjust the persistence strategy. By examining the enterprise's own ability and ensuring the use of the organization's resources, Good, and strengthen the enterprise in the target market by the unique advantage. The study found that the new business unit of the case company could be out of its own path under the threat of strong competitors' products as follows: 1. Make use of the company's existing capabilities to meet potential but unmet user needs 2. The user experience the direct link to guide the value and direction of the product 3. Correct and reduce invalid investment 4. Under the development of industry trends, seek favorable industrial orientation |
