摘要: | 本研究旨在改編現有桌上遊戲並將其應用於初級兒童華語教學,教師可以藉由桌遊的趣味性引起兒童的學習動機與興趣,並進行反覆的操練而不枯燥,進而達到寓教於樂與做中學。在遊戲式教學中,依兒童發展階段的不同,教師可以利用遊戲培養兒童不同面向之能力,如與同儕互動、溝通等等,讓兒童在遊戲中學習更多生活應具備的能力。
遊戲式教學運用於語言學習中有許多益處,不僅是維持兒童課堂專注度與學習興趣,遊戲中進行反覆操練,可在看似玩樂中鞏固新知。不少學者對遊戲式教學法有所研究,本文先整理遊戲與兒童學習關係的相關理論,彙整中西方由古至今對遊戲的看法,以見遊戲對兒童華語教學與學習之益處;再由訪談與統整兒童華語教材中常見的課堂活動,歸納目前課室活動之缺失,以此為方針,設計兩款針對初級兒童華語學習者之桌遊。 設計一門遊戲式教學需費心鑽研,一是遊戲如何與教學內容、目標相結合、二是如何設計合宜的遊戲內容與機制、三是如何製作遊戲的教具與道具,這些設計費心耗時,教師持之以恆運用遊戲式教學法教學實屬不易。若有一套利用現有的桌遊改編設計兒童華語課程,符合兒童華語教學之教學目標,將可幫助教師節省心力。 本文透過桌遊為教師教學輔助教具,以桌遊的機制為基底,與初級兒童華語教學相結合,期望透過兩款針對初級華語兒童之桌遊開發與設計,能提升兒童華語教學的教學與學習效益,為目前的兒童華語教學提供更多元的教學參考。 The aim of this study is to propose a course design about adapting board games and apply them to teach primary Chinese for children, and teachers can initiate the learning motivation and interests of children through the fun of board games. Furthermore teachers can carry out repeated drills rather than the traditional ways, so as to achieve entertaining, educational and learning by doing. In game-based teaching, teachers can use games to develop children’s different abilities, such as interacting with peers, communication, and so on. Children can learn more about the ability like how to use words and when to use in the game through this way of teaching . There are many benefits to use game-based teaching in learning languages. To practice in the game not only to maintain children’s focus and interests during classes, but to consolidate the knowledge in what appears to be fun. A lot of scholars have studied the game-based teaching method. This article collates the game and children’s learning relationship theory, including the integration of the west from ancient times to the game’s view first. In order to know more about the benefits of the game on the children’s Chinese language teaching and learning. This study has the interview with the teachers who has taught the Chinese of children. Then by the interview and integration of children’s Chinese teaching materials common classroom activities, this study summed up the current lack of classroom activities. Based on the above, this study designs two board games for the beginners of Chinese learners of children. The design of a game-based teaching requires a lot of time to study. One difficulty is how to make the game integrate with the teaching content and the teaching goal. The second difficulty is how to design the appropriate game content and mechanism, and the third is how to make the game teaching aids and props. From these difficulties, that confirm the truth of the design of a game-based teaching is time consuming. It is difficult and challenging for teachers to consistent the use of game-based teaching method. If there’s an existing board game that can be adapt to the design of children’s Mandarin courses, and in line with the teaching objectives of children’s Chinese teaching. That will be quite helpful for teachers and save their effort. Based on the mechanism of board games and combined with Chinese teaching for primary children. This study aids for the board games as a teaching auxiliary for teachers. Through the design like this study can enhance the teaching and learning benefits of Chinese language teaching for children, and also provide more meta-teaching reference for the current Chinese language teaching. |
