Abstract: | 金融危機後經濟復原狀況緩慢,並持續衝擊勞動市場。青年是重要的勞動族群,他們不僅代表國家的人力資本,其目前就業初期階段的經歷與選擇將牽動著個人及整體社會未來的發展。這個世代在生命歷程中具有去標準化的可回復性,面臨的就業形式與選擇也相對多元且複雜,青年的就業價值觀與自願性選擇因此開始有了變化。本研究針對15位20-35歲的就業青年進行半結構式的深度訪談,欲了解目前台灣青年的就業形式及工作歷程,並試從工作形式、收入、工作時間、自我實現等層面探討青年對工作的期望及價值觀。
透過訪談資料的彙整分析,本研究發現當今青年轉職現象普遍,且面對就業形式的觀念較為開放,多數並不排斥非典型就業的就業形式。青年在就業歷程中的自願性選擇程度高,就業時除了薪資與時間的考量,也重視自我實現的感覺,但整體而言青年目前從事理想工作的比例並不高。另外,隨著家庭、學歷科系、工作態度、性別等結構性因素的不同,造成青年在就業歷程、選擇、價值觀、實現理想方面的差異。 After the financial crisis in 2008, the slow economic recovery has continued impacting on the labor market. Youth is significant labor group not only because they represent the human capital of a country, but because their early employment history, current experience and choices, will affect individual and community's development in the future. The life course of this generation is non-standard and reversible, the young is facing the variety and complexity of jobs and choices which make their value and voluntary choice for career change accordingly. This study took in-depth interview with 15 young people in employment aged 20-35, attempt to understand current youth employment types and courses and explore values and expectations for jobs by data concerning income, hours of work, and self-fulfillment. According to the collection and analysis over these interviews, this thesis identifies that the youth change jobs frequently nowadays, they are open-minded when facing various types of employment, and most of them do not exclude atypical employment. Young people generally make choice voluntarily, in addition to salary and hours of work, they also take the feeling of self-realization into account for employment. However, majority of young currently do not engaged in the ideal career. Besides, different structural factors such as family, education, work attitude, and gender can diverse personal employment courses, choices, values, and the possibilities to fulfill the ideal jobs. |
