摘要: | 本研究係針對屬於資通信產業(ICT)中電腦製造類別的原廠委託設計製造廠(ODM)仁寶電腦工業股份有限公司欲跨足健康照護產業的實際案例,首先就健康照護產業作一深入介紹,並分析其中所牽涉的資通信技術及雲端技術,並瞭解它們正如何改變健康照護產業的面貌,接著從產業分析、企業策略、競爭考量、所面對的顧客、商業模式、需結盟的策略夥伴、產品類型、產品開發與管理、需佈局掌握之關鍵核心技術...等等面向進行分析,然後以企業策略及SWOT分析,實際進行評估,做出結論與建議。 Compal Computer Incorporated is a known Original Design Manufacturer which is specialized in personal computer /notebook computer design and manufacturing. This thesis is based on an actual case study and decision making process for Compal Computer Incorporated to enter the Healthcare industry. Firstly an in-depth introduction to Healthcare industry and those emerging informartion communication technologies (ICT) and cloud computing technologies involved, as well as how they are joingly shaping the future of Healthcare industry, are conducted. Then analyses based on perspectives of corporate strategy, business model, competitive landscape, customers, strategic partners, specific product types to be developed, core technologies to be developed or invested, are elaborated. A conclusion is made based on the approach of SWOT analysis. |
