《老子指歸》的政治觀

Abstract

嚴遵《老子指歸》是西漢晚期的道家代表著作，以《老子》章句為本，加以闡發與詮釋，透過《指歸》可以看見由先秦到西漢的道家思想發展脈絡，特別是在「宇宙生成論」的開展上，以《老子•四十二章》為骨幹，配合西漢的「氣化分離」思想，建構出由道而人的哲學框架。然而《指歸》的貢獻不僅在於「宇宙生成論」的建立，還又藉由内聖與外王的修養、開展，建構起一條向道回歸的路途，因此《指歸》的思想是由「由道而人」與「由人而道」兩條途徑所架構起的思想，所以本文的目的就是要處理「由道而人」與「由人而道」的兩個重要議題。

The study deals with the text, called Lao Tsu Jyy-Guei(《老子指歸》). I try to construct the model of the internal connection between Tao and beings. I think there are two ways that can help me to construct this model. First of all, I have to use the 'gasification viewpoint' to explain how beings come out; second, I want to find the way for beings to return Tao, and it should depend on body formation and political rules.
