摘要: | 由於中古車的交易量遠大於新車的交易,但中古車的交易過程中,一切的資訊卻相對的不透明,如車輛的價格及車況對消費者來說是處在不對等的地位,使得消費者處於不利的處境,也常衍生許多消費糾紛,造成中古車市場雖蓬勃發展,但因交易制度的透明度不足下畸形發展,這是進步社會的奇怪現象。
隨著車廠為了增加新車銷售,所做的垂直整合,來提高自家中古車品牌價值再加上中古車產業所衍生的價值鏈十分龐大,國內車廠紛紛將資源投入中古車產業,垂直整合中古車產業的上下游。每個車廠所屬的汽車融資公司,更是將產業價值鏈做更有效管理及透明化運作,從購車開始的車輛來源、貸款、保險、及買賣第三方認證、車輛維修保養及品牌中古車聯盟、車輛要轉售可透過車輛專屬的平台在線上及線下來處理等等一條龍的服務,也讓消費者在購買中古車時,交易的透明度和公平性都大大提高,也使得交易糾紛大量減少,因資訊不對稱的問題解決,消費者較願意出高價購買中古車,使得中古車產業走向健康的道路上。汽車融資公司從顧客端的需求,去整合中古車產業上下游價值鏈進而解決中古車交易的痛點,讓車商相關的融資公司進入中古車產業,都獲得相當的發展與利潤空間。 因為有整合台灣中古車週邊產業的相關經驗,在未來進入大陸的中古車產業應有極大的發展空間及先行者的優勢。 Nowadays, the transaction volume of used cars is much larger than new cars. However, all the information in the process of trading the used cars is relatively opaque, such as conditions, prices of cars and so on. All the elements above put consumers into a disadvantageous position and lead to many consumer disputes. Although the development of used cars is prosperous, the trading system is still lacking transparency, which is a strange phoneme in progressive societies. The vertical integration strategy that the automotive factories use to increase the sales volume of new cars also promotes the brand value of their used cars. Moreover, the used cars industry generates an enormous value chain, which intrigues the automotive factories in Taiwan to start putting more effort into the used cars industry and integrate the upstream and downstream of it vertically. Each automotive factory belongs to an automobile financing company, which is dedicated to managing the industrial value chain more efficiently and clearly. Starting from the transaction, the source of the cars , loans, insurance, the certification from the reliable third-party, vehicle maintainability and so on are all covered by the customized platform for the customer. Customers can resell their cars through online and below-the-line services. With great improvement of transparency and fairness through the transaction period, transaction disputes will also be reduced at the same time. Due to the problem of information asymmetry being solved, customers are now more willing to buy used cars for higher prices, which gives more opportunities and leads the used cars industry to a broader path. According to the various needs of customers, automobile financing companies combine the upstream and downstream of the value chain in the used vehicle industry to solve the shortage in the used vehicle market. Allowing financing companies related to the automobile companies sufficient space for development and making profit. Due to the experiences of the relevant used vehicle industry integration. I believe the used vehicle industry in Taiwan should have great room for development and have the advantage of being the pioneer for mainland China in the future. |
