In recent years, lifestyle and consumption trend changes have facilitated rapid developments in the theme park industry. Through a combination of physical entertainment facilities and abstract services and experiences, theme parks provide consumers with joyful experiences and memories. However, the service provided by theme parks is highly subjective, needs to be comprehensive, and has to be based around a common theme. For this reason, the service quality of a theme park has to be analyzed from multiple aspects, including facilities, food & drink, merchandise, performances, service, and overall satisfaction. This study targeted visitors at Taiwanese theme park A and conducted a quantitative survey containing the aforementioned six aspects. The survey not only looked at consumer satisfaction levels, but also surveyed visitors on their price sensitivity, using price as another measure of satisfaction. These results were also analyzed alongside basic consumer information. Results of our analysis showed that most visitors to theme parks are females, college graduates, and consumers with mid-level income; most visitors are accompanied by family members; visitors accompanied by children tend to show higher satisfaction towards the atmosphere context of a theme park, and are more willing to spend money on merchandise and food & drink sold in the park; visitors with higher levels of education tend to be less willing to spend money on merchandise and food & drink sold in the park.
