摘要: | 台灣紡織業從早期進口原物料,加工後出口,轉到後來藉由石化工業為基礎,提供原物料,再配合天然棉花,人造纖維進口,至今已經發展出完整上,中,下游生產體系,從人造纖維製造,紡紗,織布,染整,成衣,服飾等各種產業,一應俱全,而自50年代開始,隨著國際市場需求的擴大,台灣紡織業者也不斷積極轉型,從原先代工生產,逐漸轉為藉由研發新產品,更新生產設備等方式,拓展國際市場,使得紡織業成為台灣產業結構中最具完整生產體系的產業,目前,台灣紡織品是國際機能 性紡織品市場最主要供應來源之一。
當我們習慣於將紡織業掛上夕陽產業,傳統產業的同時,紡織業近十年來卻依然默默的在為台灣創造國際貿易順差,許多台灣紡織業者早已轉型,歷經多次的景氣循環,生存下來的業者都有其獨到的競爭力。 本論文從個案群鹿企業三十年來在台灣市場的發展案例,用SWOT,麥可波特五力分析,來檢視現有的競爭優勢和劣勢,更深入探討在ECFA後如何因應國際化的競爭,希望能 台灣的紡織業者能從中尋求商機,再創往日的榮景。 In the early stage in Taiwan textile industry, Taiwan textile industry imported raw materials for processing and exported finished goods to overseas market. Later, the sector turned to using materials derived from petrochemicals, and concurrently also imported raw cotton yarn and man-made staple yarn. Slowly, the industry became vertically integrated, eventually joining all the links in supply chain, including the manufacture of man-made fibers, yarn spinning, weaving and knitting, dyeing and finishing, and apparel and accessories industries. From its inception, Taiwan textile industry has steadily invested in new machinery and developed new products to meet the global market demand. As a result of these efforts, the Taiwan textile industry has built a comprehensive production system, marketing Taiwan a major supplier of textile products to eh word. For the past, people think Taiwan textile industry is categorized into declining industries. But the fact is Taiwan textile industry has steadily invested in new machinery and developed new products to meet the global market demand. For the past decade, Taiwan’s textile industry made an important contribution to the trade surplus. The paper will use King Deer Inc. which has established in1977, as an example. Explore the development of Taiwan textile industry. Also this paper will use strategic planning frameworks such as a SWOT analysis and a five forces analysis in strategic planning initiatives. In conclusion, in order to open a new world of textile industry, textile companies need to develop and construct platforms that focus knowledge exclusively on product, tremendous brand name value, brand name chain market, and lead main brand name culture. That way companies will attract and maintain loyal customers. |
