| Abstract: | 在數位化時代,人工智慧(AI)技術的應用已成為私立高中提升市場競爭力的重要手段。然而,不同學校對AI技術的接受程度存在差異,而學校管理者的數位領導力(Digital Leadership)在這一過程中發揮著關鍵作用。
本研究基於技術接受模型(TAM)和資源基礎觀(RBV),探討數字領導力如何影響AI接受度,並進一步提升私立高中的市場競爭力。研究採用問卷調查、回歸分析以及仲介分析方法,收集私立高中管理者、教師和學生的資料,並通過訪談補充了資料及假設驗證,期間發現了新的變數,有待未來進行研究。 研究結果表明,數字領導力對AI接受度(AI積極態度)具有顯著正向影響,而對AI的積極態度能夠通過AI技術正向影響學生的學習成績、學習動機、入學新生的整體學業水準、招生情況、優秀教師的流入和減少教師離職,從而提升市場競爭力。 本研究為私立高中管理者提供了理論依據,幫助他們制定數位化戰略,以在競爭激烈的市場環境中保持優勢。 In the digital era, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has become a crucial tool for private high schools to enhance their market competitiveness. However, the level of acceptance of AI technology varies among schools, and digital leadership by school administrators plays a key role in this process. Drawing upon the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Resource-Based View (RBV), this study investigates how digital leadership influences AI acceptance and further enhance the market competitiveness of private high schools. Questionnaire survey, regression analysis and intermediary analysis were used to collect data from administrators, teachers and students of private high schools. Data and hypothesis testing were supplemented by interviews. New variables were discovered during the study, which can be studied in the future. The findings indicate that digital leadership has a significant positive impact on AI acceptance (AI positive attitude) and positive attitude towards AI can positively affect students’ academic performance, learning motivation, overall academic level of incoming freshmen, school enrollment, introduction of excellent teachers and reduction of teacher turnover through AI technology, thus improving market competitiveness. This study provides a theoretical foundation for private high school administrators to formulate digital strategies that maintain a competitive edge in the evolving educational landscape. |
