| Abstract: | WellSea is a wellness center designed to promote active aging, self-esteem, and quality of life for elderly and pre-senior individuals in Bangkok, Thailand. Unlike traditional senior care facilities, WellSea focuses on non-clinical, preventive wellness through structured programs that support physical, mental, and social well-being.
The center offers flexible options including day passes and memberships giving participants access to daily movement classes, creative workshops, enrichment activities, and social interaction. With supportive amenities such as wellness screening, shuttle transportation, and a health-focused café, WellSea provides a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Staff are organized into clear roles, blending in-house teams with external instructors to deliver high-quality service. A structured daily service flow ensures safety and satisfaction, while partnerships with universities and wellness professionals help continuously enhance the program. By creating a space that values dignity, independence, and joyful living, WellSea aims to become a model for senior wellness and social connection in Thailand’s aging society.
