ABSTRACT
As Taiwan rapidly approaches a super-aged society, the demand for health management and exercise among the elderly population is growing significantly. According to the National Development Council, by 2025, 20% of Taiwan's population will be over 65 years old, highlighting the enormous potential of the senior market. In response to this trend, the medical fitness center “VitalMove” aims to provide a professional and safe exercise environment and guidance, addressing the various challenges faced by the elderly in their exercise routines.
This business plan analyzes the current state and trends of Taiwan's fitness industry and explores the demand characteristics of the senior market. VitalMove's strategy of close cooperation with medical institutions creates a unique market advantage. Through STP analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and SWOT analysis, we gain a deep understanding of market needs and the competitive landscape, establishing a competitive market positioning and strategy.
In terms of product and service design, VitalMove introduces fitness assessments to ensure that customers receive professional health guidance and comprehensive exercise project management. Our marketing strategy focuses on enhancing brand awareness and building customer loyalty, utilizing diverse marketing channels to achieve widespread promotion. The financial plan details revenue and cost projections, ensuring sustainable business development. Finally, the equity planning and franchise strategy, implemented in phases, not only expand market share but also motivate the core team and promote medical-fitness cooperation, providing a solid foundation for VitalMove's long-term growth.
