| Abstract: | none GOP Inc. produces and sells PE-coated paper food and drink packaging for food takeout in Myanmar. GOP Inc. aims to leverage a sustainable advantage compared to Myanmar's typical food packaging practices. The primary objective is to offer highly biodegradable paper-based food packaging that benefits the environment and society. Products are designed to be suitable for all kinds of restaurant chains and convenient to consumers who care for environmentally friendly packaging. The food and beverage industry has been identified as the most appropriate and promising sector for the target market for product differentiation during the initial phase of the business plan. GOP Inc. targets F&B restaurant chains, wholesalers, retailers, online food sellers, ghost kitchens, street food vendors, catering, coffee and drink shops. GOP Inc. invests US$ 476,190 (1 billion Myanmar Kyats) by the owner and will operate fully as a sole proprietorship. The company will build the factory and install the folding and printing machines in Pyay, Myanmar. Raw materials are both imported and sourced locally for production purposes. GOP Inc. plans to allocate funding towards developing its platform, workforce, marketing, advertising, and other essential expenses, believing this will lead to healthy and effective growth. In the future, GOP Inc. is considering extending the product expansion lines and raw material differentiation from agricultural-based materials to generate more revenue and sustain the business. Therefore, this business plan aims to evaluate the feasibility of GOP Inc. business model and its potential long-term profitability. |
