摘要: | 在當今企業產品規劃中,隨著企業和客戶需求的日益個性化,市場正在逐步進入細分產品時代;因此,根據客戶需求而進行量身定做的產品已經被視作行業趨勢。當前,市場上大多數的製造商都已經建立起一套客制化的管理體系,專門為顧客和企業自身開發各種小批量、非標準的個性化產品。然而,大部分精雕治具企業已在生產管理中加入了許多標準五金加工操作,由於客制化項目的不確定性使得企業進行客制化專案時的標準化管理更加重要。由於相關產品的複雜性以及其所需要的組織架構和專案管理工作的複雜性,客制化的產品除了在典型的產品專案中所面臨的問題外,還可能會面臨許多特殊的問題,例如技術週期的不確定性、技術實現的不確定性等;因此,客制化產品並不適用於傳統的大規模生產。高度標準化考慮了客制化的專案風險管理的實際情況,在中國標準化管理這一領域,客制化產品尚未對市場形成有效牽引,一些現行國內標準在對標國際標準、客制化要求時,存在明顯不足;其次,企業缺乏標準化管理知識,沒有形成有效的客制化產品專案標準化的管理機制。從管理的角度來看,系統地分析客制化產品專案的標準化特徵並為標準化控制提供基礎是迫切和現實的。本文根據標準化管理分析框架的指導原則和客制化產品專案的特點,結合現有文獻對客制化產品專案標準化管理的不足,建立了客制化產品專案標準化管理框架。通過問卷調查與實地訪談等方法對RS公司客制化產品標準化管理現狀進行調查分析。
本研究從RS公司案例,得到了相關技術人員的大力配合,並在資料收集過程確認專案資訊的真實性。本文研究內容主要包括以下幾個方面:第一是研究的目的和重要性,第二是客制化產品公司的標準化管理概述,第三是RS公司客制化產品標準化管理的現狀及分析。第四為RS公司量身客制化的產品標準化管理的實施策略和保障機制。由於目前客制化的產品在工業生產研究領域是一個較新的領域,因此,我國學術界目前的研究仍然處於早期階段,相關的文獻,尤其是針對客制化的產品專案進行標準化研究的還有限。本文提出客制化產品專案的標準化管理功能,並試圖為本人公司的客制化產品專案建設提供一個標準化的管理,同時試圖為這方面的相關研究提供實踐參考。本文的結論基於技術公司所做出的對客戶和系統業務部門的公司標準化評估專案指導和實用方法,進而實現技術型公司的規範化管理。 In today''s enterprise product planning, with the increasing personalization of enterprise and customer needs, the market is gradually entering the era of segmented products. Therefore, customized products tailored to customer needs have been regarded as an industry trend. Currently, most manufacturers in the market have established a set of customized administrative management system, specializing in the development of various small batch and non-standard personalized products for customers and their own enterprises. However, most precision tooling enterprises have added many standard hardware processing operations in production management. The uncertainty of customized projects makes standardized management of customized projects very important for enterprises. Due to the complexity of the related products and the complexity of the organizational structure and project management work required, customized products may face many special problems in addition to the problems faced in typical product projects, such as uncertainty of technical cycle and technical implementation. Therefore, customized products are not suitable for typical large-scale production. Highly standardized consideration of the actual situation of project risk management for customized products, in the field of standardization management in China, customized products have not yet formed an effective traction on the market, and some current domestic standards have obvious shortcomings in comparing with international standards and customized requirements. Secondly, enterprises lack standardized management knowledge and have not formed an effective management mechanism for standardized management of customized product projects. From the perspective of management, it is very urgent and practical to systematically analyze the standardized characteristics of customized product projects and provide a goal basis for standardized control. Based on the guiding principles of the standardization management analysis framework and the characteristics of customized product projects, combined with existing research literature, this article establishes a framework for standardized management of customized product projects. Investigating and analyzing the current state of standardization management for customized products at RS Company through methods such as questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews. In this study, the researchers obtained strong collaboration and support from the relevant technical personnel of RS Company through previous cases, and confirmed the authenticity of project information during the data collection process. The main content of this research includes the following aspects: firstly, the objectives and importance of the study; secondly, an overview of the standardized management of customized product companies; thirdly, the current situation and analysis of RS Company''s standardized management of customized products; and fourthly, the implementation strategy and guarantee mechanism of RS Company''s tailored customized product standardization management. As customized products are a new thing in the field of industrial production research, current research in China''s academic circles is still in its early stages, the related literature is also limited, and there is a lack of standardized research on customized product projects. The standardized management functions of customized product projects proposed in this article attempt to provide standardized management for our company''s customized product projects, and also hope to provide practical reference for related research in this field. The conclusion of this article is based on the company''s standardized evaluation project guidance and practical methods for customers and system business departments, and further realizes the standardized management of technology-based companies. |
