FinTech has significantly impacted the traditional financial industry, particularly through the integration of blockchain technology. C Securities Company, a frontrunner in financial innovation, actively adopts blockchain to drive its digital transformation. However, adopting blockchain should consider its impact on organizational culture, atmosphere, and stakeholder dialogues. This study explores why C Securities Company, despite its market influence, adopts relatively unfamiliar blockchain technology. Employing Habermas' "theory of communication action," it analyzes stakeholder dialogues and the reconstruction of shared values in technology adoption. This fills the gap left by a technology-centric approach and the rational actor model, emphasizing actors' intentions and organizational constraints. Using grounded theory's coding analysis, the paper assesses the effectiveness of integrating financial technology, highlighting the importance of shared understanding for reshaping organizational culture. It concludes with findings from the case study and provides recommendations through four discourse propositions in a matrix.
