摘要: | 引擎冷卻系統讓引擎能維持在正常工作溫度,不致過冷或過熱導致燃料浪費或引擎機件損壞,提高引擎效率,減少排放有毒物質,維持環保效能。隨著汽車性能的提升,對汽車引擎的要求越來越高,傳統冷卻系統需進行電動化和智慧化等升級,也帶動引擎冷卻系統的主要元件-節溫器的升級。
另一方面,由於全球暖化,節能及減少碳排放的議題廣受世人關注,新能源政策成為各國政府首要議題,汽車產業在面臨氣候變遷、潔淨能源使用攀升、禁售燃油車措施等產業百年巨變時,紛紛藉由綠色環保設計、綠能減碳製程、低碳低耗車輛,以促進環境友善,善盡企業社會責任。電動車的普及化已是大勢所趨,電動車相關產業正要開始蓬勃發展,汽車產業轉型已迫在眉睫。本文以ESG中的環境議題檢視汽車產業目前所面臨的現況,並根據產業生命週期理論、企業轉型的C-SOP架構,以節溫器產業為案例,探討汽車熱管理系統產業的升級轉型策略,期能進入電動車生態鏈,邁入淨零排放、永續發展的新階段。 The engine cooling system allows the engine to maintain its normal operating temperature without over-cooling or over-heating resulting in fuel waste or damage to engine parts, improving engine efficiency, reducing toxic emissions, and maintaining environmental performance. With the improvement of automobile performance, the requirements for automobile engines are getting higher and higher. The traditional cooling system needs to be upgraded with electrification and intelligence, which also drives the upgrade of the thermostat, the main component of the engine cooling system. On the other hand, due to global warming, the issues of energy conservation and carbon emission reduction have attracted worldwide attention, and new energy policies have become the top priority of governments around the world. The automobile industry is facing climate change, rising clean energy use, and bans on the sale of fuel vehicles for a century. During the great changes, they have adopted green design, green energy and carbon reduction processes, low-carbon and low-consumption vehicles to promote environmental friendliness and fulfill corporate social responsibilities. The popularization of electric vehicles is the general trend, and the electric vehicle-related industries are about to develop vigorously, and the transformation of the automobile industry is imminent. This paper examines the current situation faced by the automotive industry based on the environmental issues in ESG, and discusses the upgrading and transformation strategies of the automotive thermal management system industry based on the industrial life cycle theory and the C-SOP structure of enterprise transformation, taking the thermostat industry as an example. It is expected to enter the ecological chain of electric vehicles and enter a new stage of net zero emission and sustainable development. |
