Abstract: 微機電麥克風在近十年來開始蓬勃發展,舉凡行動電話、筆記型電腦和個人隨身智能助理等都十分常見,有別於傳統式麥克風元件,其特色除了體積更加輕薄短小外,功能和收音品質更是相當令人滿意,且微機電亦屬半導體相關,更易於借助結合半導體產業之優勢,大量生產和快速對應產品需求。 本文研究對象為微機電麥克風產業中之鈺太科技,創立於2005年,時至今日已成為產業中不可小覷的競爭者,故本研究透過個案研究法,蒐集相關之次級資料,輔以五力分析分析公司產品所處之產業環境,以及核心資源能力及策略活動系統等分析公司內部所擁有之核心能力和優勢,進而配合BCG矩陣和安索夫矩陣分析公司面對競爭時所採行之策略為何。 本研究結果發現鈺太成功因素除掌握產業關鍵要素之外,其所擁有之核心能力更可相互提升競爭優勢,鈺太之策略合作夥伴有效的協助掌握產業上游生產和下游市場脈動;建議未來在微機電麥克風產業持續執行集中化差異策略和市場滲透等策略擴大市佔,並積極深耕技術,將有助於保持領先和開發新市場。
Microelectromechanical(MEMS) microphones have been booming in the last decade, and they are very common in mobile phones, notebooks, and personal portable smart assistants, etc. Unlike traditional microphone components, they are not only slimmer and shorter, but also have satisfactory functionality and sound quality. This paper is a study of microelectromechanical microphones. The subject of this study is the Zilltek, which was founded in 2005 and has become a major competitor in the microphone industry. Therefore, this study uses a case study method to collect relevant secondary data, supplemented by a five forces analysis to analyze the industry environment in which the company's products are located, as well as core resources and strategic activity systems to analyze the company's internal core competencies and strengths. Then, we analyzed the company's strategies in the face of competition with BCG matrix and Ansoff matrix. The Zilltek's strategic partners effectively help to grasp the upstream production and downstream market pulse of the industry. It is recommended to continue to implement strategies such as concentrated differentiation and market penetration to expand market share in the microphone industry, and to actively cultivate technology, which will help to We propose to continue to implement a focused differentiation strategy and market penetration strategy to expand market share in the microphone industry.
