| Abstract: | Taiwan is currently missing a de facto website for English classifieds. Taiwan is also missing a central website for the sharing of information. This paper analyzes the Private Tutoring, English Teaching, Job Search & Talent Acquisition, General Classifieds, and Information & Knowledge Sharing markets in Taiwan. It shows the market fragmentation that has resulted from the lack of user focus, and the lack of refined search functions. This paper proposes to create a single website that will rectify these issues, and suggests ways of promoting this website and moving it to profitability. |
