| Abstract: | 因應疫情與快速變化的消費者需求,冷媒壓縮機產業在商業經營策略上亦需與時俱進,不斷進化。本研究以全球排行第四大的家用空調迴轉式壓縮機製造商-「瑞智精密股份有限公司」為個案研究對象,透過SWOT分析與3C戰略模型分析,探討壓縮機產業如何因應空調端需求轉變所帶來的挑戰,提升商品競爭力以及服務附加價值,並於文末擬定既有與潛在市場應對策略,提出商業模式地圖,做為公司與產業未來調整改善之發展依據。 With the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and rapid changes in consumer needs, the compressor industry has been under great pressure to revise and adapt its business strategies in response to challenges. To examine how firms in the compressor sector address these challenges, this study aims to investigate the effective business strategies based on a case study of Rechi Precision. By applying the SWOT and 3C’s strategic model analyses, this research examines the market dynamics and proposes a business model map that can serve as a strategic blueprint for further growth and development. Results, implications, limitations, and future research directions are then discussed. |
