以優勢觀點探討思覺失調症手足的照顧經驗

Abstract

隨著照顧議題逐漸被社會大眾關注，其中，精神障礙者的照顧負荷，衍生的人倫悲劇也屢見不鮮。本篇研究是要關懷精神障礙者的照顧者，特別是手足照顧的議題。本研究為質性研究，以優勢觀點作為視角，去瞭解手足照顧者的照顧經驗，期能知道手足的優勢以及優勢如何作用於照顧中。 研究總共訪談了八位不同年齡層的手足，結果呈現「手足照顧者的背景故事」、「手足成為照顧者的經驗過程」，以及「手足照顧者的優勢」，藉此研究結果，提供實務層面的相關建議，引發更多學術層面討論手足照顧者的機會。

As care issues have gradually attracted the attention of the public, among them, the burden of care for the mentally handicapped, resulting in human tragedies are not uncommon.This research is to care for the caregivers of people with mental disabilities, especially the issue of sibling care.This study is a qualitative research, using strength perspective as a way to understand the care experience of sibling caregivers, hoping to know the strength of siblings and how they work in care. A total of eight siblings of different ages were interviewed in the study, and the results presented "background stories of sibling caregivers", "experience process of siblings becoming caregivers", and "advantages of sibling caregivers".Based on the results of this study, relevant recommendations at the practical level are provided, and more opportunities for academic research on sibling caregivers are triggered.
