| Abstract: | 建築業事務所多採取專案制的經營模式，且通常為多重專案同時進行的狀況。因事務所人力資源有限，當有多重專案重疊時，必定會出現人力資源不足、人員經手多個不同專案等問題。再加上建築業專時程長、專業度高，更加劇了這些專案管理上的問題。本論文透過個案分析和多重專案管理(multiple project management)的兩種研究方法來分析A建築師事務所的專案管理模式，並建立組織專案管理評估機制。 |
