以商業模式佈局之相關性評估新技術領域之機會 —台灣IC設計公司之觀點

Abstract

在全球化市場競爭下，企業要持續成長需要不斷地尋找新的商業機會，而科技創新正是新商機的來源之一，身為科技業且為終端電子產品靈魂的台灣IC設計公司，尤其需要關注於新興科技技術發展趨勢帶來的變化以及其可帶來的新的商業機會。 本研究從一個在產業中已經站穩腳步的台灣IC設計公司之觀點，分析金融科技(Fintech)、物聯網(IoT)、人工智慧(AI)、擴增實境(AR)及虛擬實境(VR)等新技術之發展趨勢，從中尋找可能為公司帶來的新機會，並運用商業模式佈局之相關性及銜接程度所發展之模型來評估這些機會是否適合公司，最後再針對評估結果探討公司如何進行商業模式之佈局。

In order to meet the demand to continuous growth in the global market competition, enterprises need to constantly find new business opportunities. And technological innovation is one of sources driving new business opportunities. As a Taiwan IC design company which is the soul of the information technology and customer electronics industry, it needs to focus on the new business opportunities that the new technology trends can bring in. This paper will analyze Fintech, IoT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (AR) from Taiwan's IC design company’s point of view and will assess new opportunities in the new techonology area using relativeness of business model canvas for the company. And finally suggest a way for how to engage on the new opportunities with the assessment result.
