| Abstract: | 創造優質的服務體驗 (Service Experience) ,已成為競爭激烈的服務業市場中各企業的首要目標,體驗經濟成為行銷主流,消費者不只是買商品,更重視商品體驗產生的附加價值。尤其面對疫情及疫情後的地方旅宿業,服務體驗升級至為重要,而「旅遊創生」,也就是結合地方在地特色的服務體驗式旅遊行程,成了現今產業升級的解方。這股浪潮中,優質的「旅遊策展人」,開始在新型旅遊創生的觀光產業中興起並扮演要角,儼然進入「旅遊策展年代」。
本研究利用個案分析法,以金門慢漫民宿作為例,探討個案在這股新型體驗式旅遊發展進程中,如何運用上述旅遊創生設計出有在地特色的服務體驗遊程,打造差異化行銷策略,使其在金門民宿市場中佔有一席之地。同時,本研究亦針對慢漫民宿,從宏觀的角度對民宿未來的發展策略提出建議,以提升其長期發展的競爭優勢。 Creating superior service experiences has become an imperative differentiation strategy for hospitality industries. Following this trend, hotels and lodges are transforming their roles from accommodation providers to travel curators offering customers various localized and in-depth travel experiences. With the emergence of a new era of tourism revitalization, this study aims to explore the experiential marketing strategies for local lodges. Adopting the case study methodology, this research investigates the case of Piano Piano B B in Kinmen, examining its design and insights of service experiences in details. Implications, limitations, and future research directions are then discussed. |
