Title: 產業物聯網共創模式策略分析之個案研究

Abstract: 全球物聯網隨著感知(Sensor)、傳輸以及應用技術的快速發展,已經有越來越多的廠商投入資源開發導入,並且有實質的效益產生。然而,對於產業物聯網(Industrial IoT)的需求,由於垂直領域(Vertical Sector)的專業以及複雜度往往很難由單一廠商能夠提供完整的解決方案。
此外,產業客戶對於其專業領域的資訊以及資料又相對保密與不透明,所以讓投入產業物聯網的廠商往往不能夠提供符合市場需求的整體方案。
本研究第一部分主要針對目前全球產業物聯網的現況做整理與分析,找出在產業鏈當中不同角色所職掌的功能,以了解為何現況沒有辦法單純由上下游的產業鏈結構去做突破,之後便透過價值網(Value Net)的分析以理解,在產業鏈當中的上下游必須要透過互補者的角色做串聯,形成新的賽局模式。
第二部分主要針對個案公司,研華科技,所提出的「共創模式」依照其不同的共創類型做商業模式的分析,藉以承接第一部分當中,在價值網當中不同的角色,可以透過共創模式以找到新的價值定位(Value Proposition)與商業模式。
由於整體產業物聯網仍舊在快速變化進展中,本研究希望能充分呈現產業型態的現況以及身為台灣產業物聯網第一線的公司對於目前的狀況所提出的策略與方向。
With the progress of rapid development of sensing, transmission and application technologies, more and more vendors have invested in resource development and gotten substantial benefits in the market of Internet of Things(IoT)
However, for the Industrial IoT, it is often difficult for a single vendor to provide a complete solution due to the professionalism and complexity of the Vertical Sector.
In addition, industry customers are relatively confidential and opaque about their professional fields of information and information, so manufacturers who invest in the Industrial Internet of Things are often unable to provide an overall solution that meets market needs.
The first part of this research is mainly to sort out and analyze the current status of the global industrial Internet of Things, to find out the functions of different roles in the industry chain, to understand why there is no way to make a breakthrough simply by the upstream and downstream industry chain structure. Through the analysis of Value Net, it is understood that the upstream and downstream of the industry chain must be connected in tandem to form a new game mode.
The second part is mainly for case companies, Advantech, and the 'co-creation model' is based on the analysis of different types of co-creation business models, in order to undertake the different roles in the first part of the value network, through the co-creation Patterns to find new Value Proposition and business models.
As the overall industrial Internet of Things is still undergoing rapid changes, this study hopes to fully present the current state of the industry and the strategies and directions proposed by the companies that are the first line of the Taiwan Industrial Internet of Things.
