摘要: | T公司為台灣大型製造原料公司,至今已營運超過60年,也曾參與台灣許多重要的基礎建設如十大建設、捷運系統、高鐵、台北101等。然而,長年下來,T公司一直是產業的龍頭,員工隨著公司一起穩定成長的過程中,欠缺了工作的積極度和創新的思維,T公司為了永續經營不得不重新思考如何跳出過去舊有的框框進行組織變革,為接下來三十年的永續經營做準備。本文就T公司人資、採購、財務功能的變革過程分別做說明。 T Company is an established Taiwanese constructional materials company that has been operating for more than 60 years. T Company has participated in a number of historically significant construction projects such as the Ten Major Constructions project, the MRT System, Taiwan High Speed Rail, Taipei 101 and so on. While T Company continues to be a market leader and enjoys stable growth, employees began to lose their enthusiasm, initiative, and innovative capabilities. Organizational change to adjust traditional thinking and behaviors was necessary in order for T Company to stay sustainable. In this study, we look at T Company’s organizational change in the corporate functions of HR, Procurement, and Finance. |
