Abstract: 從1990年單機版電腦遊戲問世開始,台灣的遊戲廠商就在亞洲遊戲市場甚至全世界都占有舉足輕重的地方。到了2000年後網路連線遊戲的出現,更使得整個台灣遊戲業的發展,推上了歷史的高峰,舉凡歐麥尬、中華網龍、傳奇網路等遊戲公司,都陸續有邁上數百元股價的優異表現。

但自2008年行動裝置遊戲開始盛行後,台灣遊戲產業似乎沒有隨著這個劃時代的應用裝置改變而起飛,反而深陷轉型失敗的泥沼當中。其後或轉型金流服務商、或轉型外包代工,始終都無法在移動裝置遊戲市場中爭得一席之地。2017年底的「天堂M」雖吹起一股強風,突出的表現提振了遊戲業長久的悶氣。但以長期以代理為主的模式,仍很難判定下一個「天堂M」究竟在哪裡?

本文作者進入遊戲業多年,嘗試著以市場現狀、行銷投放、研發、代理模式以及延長產品生命週期等多元角度出發,探討台灣遊戲產業所處的環境與突圍的策略及轉機。望能從競爭激烈的行動裝置遊戲市場中尋找契機,重新找回台灣遊戲產業的一席之地。
Since 1990s the console games launched, Taiwan has an important status in worldwide. When the online games showing up in 2000, it makes Taiwan’s game industry has outstanding performance to the peak of history. The game companies such as MACROWELL OMG DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT CO., LTD., CHINESE GAMER INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION and X-LEGEND ENTERTAINMENT CO., LTD. and so on, have successively made the outstanding performance to exceed up hundreds of dollars stock price.

  Unfortunately, since the mobile game popular in 2008, the Taiwan’s game industry transformation failure. Even though transform to payment flow service or outsourced manufacturing, Taiwan still couldn’t have a good place. Although "Lineage M" break the ranking at the end of 2017, it seems like hard to definite what the next is.

  The author of this article has been worked in the game industry for many years, trying to explore more strategies or opportunities from different point of view by analysis of the market status, marketing, research and development to put in Taiwan in worldwide from the competitive mobile game industries.
