| Abstract: | 由於陰離子對比陽離子具有尺寸較大、形狀獨特以及溶劑合能較高等特性,要設計出能夠藉由陰離子來操控的分子開關相對困難,因此實際例證相對也較為稀少。我們設計了一個在桿狀客體上具有兩個辨識中心的[2]車輪烷,成功合成之後,接著研究分子開關的初始狀態,也就是大環傾向停留的位置,也藉由加入/移除陰離子來控制大環在桿狀客體上的位置。 Compared to cations, interlocked molecular switches that can be controlled by anions are relatively rare, due to their bigger ionic sizes, larger shape variations, and higher solvation energies. We prepared a [2]rotaxane-type molecular switch which has two binding sites on the interlocked dumbbell and we proved that the position of the interlocked macrocycle can be controlled by the presence/absence of proper anions. |
