摘要: | 中小型資訊整合商由於規模不大都屬地區型經營,服務客戶對象及產品有限,當面臨後PC時代產業環境與雲端化、行動化產業技術發生重大變化時,往往對資訊產業造成巨大的影響,此時企業為了因應永續經營與生存,會思考尋求轉型以提昇企業自我競爭力。然而企業轉型時,全憑企業高階主管本身的遠見與經驗,應如何自我檢視、抉擇並應如何進行策略分析,在過去研究中並無參考模式,常讓中小型資訊整合商不知所措。
「當今企業間的競爭不是產品間的競爭,而是用商業模式轉型之間的競爭。」本研究探討中小型資訊整合商在面臨競爭環境變化時,該如何進行企業轉型與因應。先探討產業未來新趨勢,採用質性、半結構型訪談法,整理分析歸納出個案公司現有競爭力、優勢,利用關鍵成功因素分析內、外部驅動因子,並配合商業模式分析,調整企業營運策略之研究,並以資訊業系統整合商為例,說明個案公司如何透過檢視自我的核心競爭力與產業未來發展趨勢,來進行企業轉型,以圖存續與發展。 並透過個案公司之轉型,建立了內部與外部關鍵成功因素,可作為策略診斷之重要參考項目,配合驅動因子之識別,以確保企業轉型之成功。本研究結果透過探討產業新趨勢利用商業模式畫布(Business Model Canvas),從企業內部與外部產業兩方面來分析各項驅動因子,最後並透過關鍵成功因素之檢討來調整出新的商業模式,將有助於面臨轉型企業之策略研擬。 本研究探討內容為個案公司之企業轉型,了解該產業之運作狀況、產業趨勢,對個案公司價值主張、內部營運、外部市場與財務效益等項目轉型時之分析,分析出新的商業模式等均有詳細流程與說明,將有助於面臨轉型企業之策略研擬及後續研究者之參考。 關鍵字:商業模式、關鍵成功因素、企業轉型 Small and medium IT integration companies have usually small-sized organization and do only domestic business with limited customers and products. When the era of post-PC comes up, together with the significant change and development of cloud computing and mobility technology, it causes an enormous impact on the IT industry. To keep the business sustainable, these enterprises need to adopt business transition in order to be more competitive in the market. However, the ideas and strategies of enterprise transition are mostly defined by the experience and vision of the executive management. There is no reference for the small and medium IT integration companies on self-examination, decision making and strategic analysis. As a result, they have no clue how to initiate. 'At present, the competition of enterprises is not between products but business models. “ In this study, it shows how the small and medium IT integration companies in the face of changes of a competitive environment should deal with the business transition . The initial research is on the future trend of business, by qualitative research, semi-structured interviews, analysis of the case company's existing competitive advantages, the use of internal, critical success factors, external driving factors. Furthermore, by the business model analysis and adjustment of enterprise's business strategy, we see how the case company attempts enterprise transition to keep sustainable development and existence through examining its core competencies and future industrial trend. Research on new business trend by industry business model canvas, from both internal and external aspects of the industry analysis of the driving factors, and additionally through a review of the critical success factors to adjust the new business model will help to come out elaborate strategy for enterprises in transition. This case study of a company’s transition establishes an internal and external critical success factors, which can be used as an important reference for strategy diagnosis. With the recognition factor of the drives, it also ensures a successful business transition. In the content of this study, there are detailed procedures and instructions of operational status, the industry trend, the company value, the analysis of the internal operations, external market, revenue model, and new business models.
