Abstract: 由於科技的快速發展,電信服務從過去的2G、3G,到目前的4G,以及未來的5G,不僅讓用戶享有快速便利的行動通信,亦讓相關應用蓬勃發展。例如:社群、通訊、商務等各種行動應用程式,串連起廣大的用戶群,成為人們不可或缺的隨身產品。
A公司原為台灣電信市場第二大通路商,在電信系統業者合作入股後,於2007年取得電信服務通路商龍頭。本研究透過文獻分析與個案研究之研究方法,除探討A公司發展歷程以瞭解其提高市占率之成長策略之外,並透過對台灣整體電信通路產業發展之研究,瞭解市場變化,以找出此產業的關鍵成功要素。
最後將產業分析與個案分析之研究結果進行總結,並提出管理意涵與後續相關研究建議。
Due to the rapid development of science and technology, telecommunications services from the past 2G, 3G, to the current 4G, as well as the future of 5G, not only allows users to enjoy fast and convenient mobile communication, but also to enable related applications to flourish. For example: community, communications, business and other mobile applications, the series from the broad user base, as indispensable portable products.
A Company was the 2nd distributor in Taiwan’s telecommunications market, but became the leading telecommunications service providers in 2007. By using literature analysis and case study methods, this study explore the development process of Company A to understand its growth strategy to improve market share, and through the study of Taiwan’s telecommunications industry to understand the market changes in order to identify the key success factors of this industry.
Finally, it summarizes the research results of industry analysis and case analysis, and puts forward suggestions on management implications and follow-up research.
