中小型自動化設備商的競爭策略： 以界鴻科技為例

Abstract

本研究主要是從中小型的自動化設備商，面對目前和未來大環境的變化中，藉由管理上的理論和方向來分析自身的核心價值，核心競爭力。找出自身的優勢，劣勢。進而改善自身企業，提高其競爭力等。 由產業中的”界鴻科技股份公司”為研究探討的案例。雖然其不能代表全部，但藉這案例，對中小型的自動化設備商而言，應該能提供相當資訊和思考方向，來檢視自身和面對未來。 希望藉由這研究能提高國內自動化產業的能力，尤其許多中小型的自動化設備商。並且因自動化設備的提升，進而帶動許多相關的製造業，提高生產力，品質的要求，降低成本。更具有國際競爭力。

This study aims at investigating the competitive strategies for a small and medium automated equipment company. A SWOT and PEST analysis on the equipment industry, in particular for semiconductor industry, was conducted. The core-value and competency analysis was then deployed to address the management improvement and competitiveness enhancement. Jih-Hong Electronic was applied as a case study so that the suggestions and future growth are discussed. The details on product roadmap, product and service innovation, productivity gain and cost reduction are reported.
