| Abstract: | 臺灣雨傘節神經毒素乙,一直是研究神經傳導作用深具潛能的工具之一。由蛇囊取得之粗蛇毒,經由離子交換樹脂分離後,可得15區分。其中第十三區分再由分析法即可得純化之蛇毒神經毒素乙。該毒素可用適當之放射性碘加以標識而不改變其結構與毒性。如此,使得試驗得以在極微量的層次(pmole)進行。在神經毒素對腦神經鍵體作用的研究中,我們發現毒素結合於鍵體的量非常少,而且偵測不到專一結合的現象。因此,神經毒素對神經鍵體的作用必須做更進一步的研究,方能得到明確的答案。 β-BuTx can be modified by chroramine T iodination method, without lose its blocking activity to neuromuscular preparation. With this [125 I] β-BuTx, the binding assay was performed. The total and non specific bound was surprisingly low,and no specific binding was demonstratable. Thus, the toxicity of toxin PLA still remains elusive. |
