Abstract: | 3D列印技術發展快速,從大型物件到越來越小的微結構,而目前能達到奈米尺寸技術為雙光子聚合技術(Two-photonpolymerization,TPP),本實驗嘗試以數位光學技術(Digital Light Processing,DLP)印製出與雙光子聚合技術相近的效果,DLP為面成型相較於TPP點成型省去非常多的時間,DLP設備費也較低廉,目前所需克服問題為如何縮小投影影像並保有解析度。利用改裝投影機加上能移動較小位移之螺桿搭配電腦控制,調整模型支架尺寸、曝光時間、切層厚度、藍光吸收劑含量等參數,印製出八隅體桁架微結構
無電鍍能使物件表面附著上金屬能提升物件強度,並且能使物件具有導電性能做更多應用,且無電鍍設備成本於電鍍便宜,鍍膜厚度也均一致,尤其實驗所印製之八隅體桁架結構雖然為成分為高分子材料,但只要經過表面處理也能使用無電鍍附著加上金屬,因此本實驗目的列印出微小尺寸之八隅體桁架結構,再利用無電鍍鎳方式使結構具備有高強度。 3D printing technology has developed rapidly, which can print from large objects to smaller and smaller microstructures. Now which can make nanostructure is TPP (Two-photon Polymerization). Our research is how to make the same effect as Two-photon Polymerization by using DLP (Digital Light Processing) Vat Polymerization. Two-photon Polymerization consumes more time than Digital Light Processing . And the equipment be used in Digital Light Processing are more cheaper than Two-photon Polymerization. We try to adjust the lens of DLP projector which can reduce the image, but we also meet the problem which is keeping the high resolution when reducing the image. Design the model of octet-truss by Digital Light Processing Vat Polymerization printing. We try to make the micro-scale structure by adjusting the influence which contain structure size, DB composition, exposure time and cutting thickness. And we test the compressive strength of the octet-truss structure. In addition, we want to make our structure stronger. Therefore we use the Electroless Ni on our octet-truss structure. But our material is macromolecule so we should use surface treatment. Also the surface treatment has four different methods in our processing.
