Abstract: 品質系統,或稱品質管理系統,其與各式的管理工具是品質管理發展百年來集合企業與學界經驗總結出來的寶庫,企業管理高層在決定導入品質管理系統時,應多瞭解並參與其過程,鼓勵同仁深入學習以加速融入原有的組織運作內。本研究認為不同的產業在導入品質管理系統時,需要做一些最適化的調整,因此企業不宜以自身對品質管理系統的認知要求供應商在表面型式上做到一致,而是應該互相瞭解後依品質管理系統的精神為之。
資訊科技的日進千里對製造業的影響相當深遠,因應這個變化,品質管理這個學門仍然有許多值得進一步研究的地方,本論文即提出統計製程管制在現代十二吋晶圓製造廠中的應用,以及未來可能的發展空間。
The quality management system and its management tools are the treasures resulted from the experience and development of firms and academia in the last hundred years. Top managements should be involved in introducing quality system into company, and encourage employees to learn it in depth that can help engaging with original operation. This article mentioned the quality system should be optimized when introducing into different industries. It is not suitable for firms to ask their suppliers to follow the exactly identical format superficially, but understand each other to cooperate practically.
Advanced information technology is changing manufacturing methodology drastically. That’s why the quality management is still an interesting topic for developing. This article mentioned the application of statistical process control in modern 12 inch integrated circuit manufacturing, and raised the possible direction for future study.
