摘要: | 本論文分為兩個部分:劇本《新老師》及其創作說明。
《新老師》分為五場:九月一日、十月十一日、十一月二十一日、十二月三十一日、一月三日。依臺灣中學學制時間,從學期初到學期末,五場演完正好一個學期。全劇緊扣劇名《新老師》,描寫一位甫通過教師甄試的初任女教師,進入一所偏鄉國民中學,如何在同事、家長、學生與制度間自處的故事。劇本試圖揭露當代中學體制現況,探討職場霸凌、城鄉差距、偏鄉家庭失能、親師權力失衡、性騷擾與性侵害、教學資源分配不均等問題,以及這些問題對第一線教師乃至於校園環境產生的影響。 This thesis is divided into two parts----contents of the play and its explanations and analysis. The New Teacher is comprised of five scenes: September 1st, October 11th, November 21st, December 31st and January 3rd. According to the time schedule for secondary education in Taiwan, from the beginning of the semester to the end of it, it will take exactly one semester for the five scenes. The New Teacher is related to the story of a new female teacher who just passed the teacher’s test and entered a junior high school in a remote area, and how she dealt with colleagues, parents, students and systems. This script tries to reveal the current situation of middle school and explored issues such as workplace bullying, urban-rural divide, disable family, unbalanced parent-teacher relationship, sexual harassment and abuse, and unfair education resource distribution. It also discussed about the impact of these problems on teachers and on the campus environment. |
