Abstract: 在眾多微胞當中,特別是奈米結構的囊泡,它可提供極大的潛力在藥物釋放。當微胞中能產生更多分層,而形成多間格微胞,他們能帶來更多元化更進一步的應用。在本論文中,我們利用自洽平均場理論在三維實空間中,探討雙親性ABCA線性四塊狀共聚合物於稀薄溶液中囊泡的形成。在添加對A有選擇性的溶劑,也就是喜歡A討厭B與C,當共聚物處在稀薄溶液的情況之下,我們發現了豐富多樣的多間隔微胞型態。首先,我們從B和C為中性溶劑且較不討厭溶劑情況下的探討微胞型態,接著在一樣是中性但較討厭溶劑情況下,觀察到可以產生更多的微胞型態,並且我們藉由改變作用力參數χAB=χAC、χBC,得到了BC相混囊泡、BC相混柱狀、BC相混球狀、BC相混環狀、BC分層囊泡、BC分層環狀、BC分層柱狀、BC分層橢圓狀、BC分層球狀等微胞型態。進一步的我們發現BC分層囊泡在其他參數χCS、χAS改變下,可以觀察到同心圓分層囊泡、BC分層橢圓狀等微胞型態。
In recent years, vesicles have attracted wide attention due to their potential applications in drug delivery. We used self-consistent field theory to investigate the formation of vesicles of ABCA linear tetrablock copolymer when a selective solvent is added, which is selective for A-blocks. Most interestingly, we find the various multicompartment micellar morphologies, such as multiple BC-mixed vesicles, BC-mixed cylinder-like micelles, BC-mixed spherical micelles, BC-mixed ring micelles,segmented vesicles, segmented ring micelles, segmented worm-like micelles, segmented disk stacked ellipsoidal micelles, segmented rod-like micelles, segmented spherical micelles,concentric layered vesicles. These multicompartment micelles are strongly affected by varying the interaction between blocks and blocks,and hydrophobicity of the blocks.
