Abstract

根據過去研究，互動可分為user-to-document, user-to-system interactivity (Szuprowicz, 1996), 以及 user-to-user interactivity (Hoffman and Novak, 1996a)三種類型。 由於今日CMC的互動中，使用者已不再單純扮演資訊接受者，因此本篇文章著重於人與人之間的互動。今日的使用者可藉由許多方式與朋友連繫以及分享訊息。(Burke, Kraut, & Marlow, 2011). 本篇文章對知覺互動分成控制、雙向互動、同步化、公開度以及社交頻寬進行研究。為了瞭解知覺互動對於資訊交換以及情感交流的影響，我們更進一部探討知覺互動對於使用者的溝通品質以及社交關係支持。此外，我們也發現這兩構面不同的性質分別對於聯外型社會資本以及聚合型社會資本有不同的影響。

Researchers have characterized interactivity into user-to-document, user-to-system interactivity (Szuprowicz, 1996), and user-to-user interactivity (Hoffman and Novak, 1996a). Here, we focus on interactivity between users due to the fact that CMC users today can play more than a passive role of consuming information. They can contact to friends and sharing messages to them in various ways (Burke, Kraut, & Marlow, 2011). In this study, we would like to check the impact of perceived interactivity, which can be examined regarding control, two-way communication, synchronicity, surveillance and social bandwidth. We would further explore its influence on communication quality and social relation support in order to find whether interactivity would work differently on constructs related to information, like communication quality, and emotional support exchange, such as social relation support. Moreover, so does we want to find out the indirect effect of these two constructs with distinct natures on users’ bridging and bonding social capital.
