Abstract: | 隨著科技水準的不斷提高,機器人越來越多的出現在人們的視線當中。機器人可以替代人類執行某些工作,當前,機器人主要應用于醫療,航空航太、物流運輸、智慧安防,裝備製造,化工以及服務業等各個領域。GZ公司(以下簡稱GZ)成立於2011年,經過近10年發展,GZ經歷了方向探索階段、原始積累階段、行業拓展與架構完善階段,目前已經進入騰飛階段。隨著GZ發展階段的不斷改變,在原有戰略框架下,GZ發展中遇到了新的問題與挑戰。在這種情況下,從2017年起,GZ開始了更加系統和宏觀的戰略思考。經過2018年的思考和醞釀,GZ的總體發展戰略以及分戰略基本思考成型,但是並沒有系統的整理出來。GZ在2019這樣一個重要的視窗期制定系統的公司戰略,希望通過這樣的戰略引領,讓GZ走上新的發展階段。
本文以GZ發展戰略為研究對象,在對當前GZ發展現狀與環境進行系統分析和深入思考的基礎上,科學提出GZ的發展戰略。通過研究,本文認為在當前發展階段和內外部環境下,GZ堅持戰略指導原則:立足工業市場、探索商用市場;明確戰略目標:成為國內領先,國際一流的國際化的移動機器人公司;堅持有機增長的戰略選擇,圍繞核心業務,適度兼併收購;在戰略指導下,建立基於三大事業群的多業務組合戰略,以及基於自主研發,產業整合,品牌合作的核心競爭力發展戰略。本文並分析闡述了GZ的公司層戰略,事業群戰略,職能戰略。 本文的研究成果是基於當前全球移動機器人行業發展整體環境、國際國內對移動機器人的政策引導與需求空間、對GZ發展階段和現狀的準確掌握基礎上提出的,對於GZ未來一段時間發展具有較好的戰略指導價值,對於國內其他機器人公司的發展也有一定參考意義。 With the continuous development of modern science and technology, robots that can replace human beings come into our lives with marvelous steps. Nowadays, they are widely used in healthcare, aerospace, logistics and transportation, intelligent security, chemical and service industries. GZ Robotics( hereafter referred to as GZ) was founded in 2011. After nearly 10 years’ development, GZ has experienced phases of the direction of exploration, the initial accumulation, the industry expansion and the structural improvement, and have now entered the take-off phase. With the continuous change of the development stage of GZ, under the original strategic framework, new problems and challenges have been encountered in the development of GZ. In this case, from 2017, GZ began a more systematic and macro strategic thinking. After thinking and brewing in 2018 for the whole year, the overall development strategy and sub-strategy of GZ was basically formed,which hasn't been sorted out systematically. GZ has developed a systematic corporate strategy in an important window of 2019. It is hoped that this kind of strategy will lead GZ to a new stage of development. This paper takes the development strategy of GZ Robotics as the research object, and based on the systematic analysis and in-depth thinking of the current development status and environment of GZ Robotics, scientifically proposes the development strategy of GZ Robotics. Through research, this paper believes that in the current development stage and internal and external environment, GZ Robotics adhere to guiding principles of strategy:base on the industrial market and focus on the commercial markets;clarify strategic targets;become a first-class mobile robot company at home and abroad;stick to organic growth, extend around core businesses with proper mergers and acquisitions; under strategic guidance, establish the core competence developing strategy that confirms business combination of three business divisions and base on independent research, industrial integration,brand partnership.This paper analyzes and illustrates the strategic content of GZ Robotics,namely corporate strategy, division strategy, as well as function strategy. The research results of this paper are based on the current global mobile robot industry development environment, international and domestic policy guidance and demand space for mobile robots, accurate understanding of GZ Robotics development stage and current situation, for the future development of GZ Robotics it has a good strategic guiding value and has certain reference significance for the development of other domestic robot companies. |
