Abstract: | Set To Go is a healthy fast food restaurant targeting students and young professionals aged 20-35 years old, who live a busy and fast paced lifestyle and want healthy meals on the go. Set To Go will serving pre-packed takeout meals containing meat, vegetables and rice, giving its customers the ease and speed that they need if they’re in a hurry or only have a limited time to have their meals. One feature that makes Set To Go different from other restaurants is that it will have a dish rotation, where the menu will change every month. This will give its customers a variety of choices and prevent them from getting tired of the same 5 set options every month. This also gives them a chance to discover new dishes and cuisines they may not have tried before. Another feature that will make Set To Go different from other restaurants in the market would be that it will also provide its customers the nutritional information, such as calorie count and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fat) breakdown, of each meal, to inform customers and help those who are health conscious in tracking the food that they consume. |
