Abstract: 本篇論文提出了一種考慮貫穿孔在多層微波電路佈局中的連接,建立元件連接關係,形成電路圖網表的方法。配合以往已經完成的由佈局圖萃取由電容及電感,加上本論文的方法,可以由包含貫穿孔的佈局圖建立出電路圖網表。透過該方法可以檢查電路的正確性,檢視其是否與設計者所預期電路一致,設計者可以透過程式快速發現佈局圖與原先設計不同之處,並得到針對錯誤須修改之處的方向,搭配先前已完成的程式進行電路的驗證程序。
This thesis provides a method to build the netlist from the layout of a microwave multilayer passive circuits with vias. By this method, we can check the correctness of layout. Designer can use this program to compare the schematic from layout with the expected schematic directly from designer. In this way, designer can find the discrepancy quickly and get the roughly concept to fix the layout.
