| dc.description.abstract | 本篇論文提出了一種考慮貫穿孔在多層微波電路佈局中的連接，建立元件連接關係，形成電路圖網表的方法。配合以往已經完成的由佈局圖萃取由電容及電感，加上本論文的方法，可以由包含貫穿孔的佈局圖建立出電路圖網表。透過該方法可以檢查電路的正確性，檢視其是否與設計者所預期電路一致，設計者可以透過程式快速發現佈局圖與原先設計不同之處，並得到針對錯誤須修改之處的方向，搭配先前已完成的程式進行電路的驗證程序。 | zh_TW |

By this method, we can check the correctness of layout. Designer can use this program to compare the schematic from layout with the expected schematic directly from designer.
