受傷者的話療─聆聽校園霸凌受害者的生命故事

Abstract

霸凌現象長期存在於校園之中，隨著2010年年底桃園八德國中一連串的霸凌事件揭露，更成為各方單位所重視的議題。然而，在目前主流的論述中，偏向討論加害者的動機成因，以及如何透過管教權、反霸凌法約束加害者，相形之下，對受害者的報導停留在事件本身，缺乏關注受害者的後續發展，導致對受害者常有誤解，更無法提供受害者所需要的輔導資源與協助。 本報導透過三名青少年時期曾遭受校園霸凌的個案，回顧事件當下與事件之後造成的影響，了解校園霸凌的社會性成因與受害者關係人（老師、家長與同儕）所採取的不同因應策略，如何改寫霸凌事件的發展。並透過心理諮商的觀點，說明受霸凌者如何透過「話療」走出創傷，而老師、家長與同儕又該如何具體回應受害者，協助同行。

Bullying has existed in schools for a long time. With the series of bullying issues revealed on Taiwan’s media in the end of 2010, bullying has been the concern of different fields. However, since the relevant discussion mainly focused on the perpetrator, seldom were the victims heard and understood. This report aims to present three victims’ life stories, showing how they changed and learned from their bullied experience in adolescence. In order to help the victims recover from the trauma of bullying, the “narrative therapy” for the victims and the practical suggestions for the victims’ teachers, parents and classmates are also offered in this report.
