Abstract: 本實驗以氯苯(Chlorobenzene)作為溶劑,將不同分子量的順丁烯亞醯胺共聚高分子衍生物(PT8ML8-F8)溶解,以液滴塗佈(Drop casting)的方式在ITO玻璃上製成薄膜,並使用真空蒸鍍的方式鍍上金電極。我們利用飛行時間法(Time of flight)來測量不同分子量的PT8ML8-F8的電荷載子遷移率(Charge carrier mobility ),並且測量在不同溫度下的電荷載子遷移率。我們在本研究中發現PT8ML8-F8的遷移率(Mobility),並不會因為平均分子量的不同而有明顯的差異。而又因為PT8ML8-F8是由一個Polyfluorene 和Polythiophene及其它原子團所共聚而成共聚高分子(copolymer),我們比較PT8ML8-F8與Polyfluorene 和Polythiophene相接近的P3HT的遷移率,發現遷移率並不會因為共聚的關係有所明顯的變化。
In this study, Chlorobenzene is used for dissolving the copolymers with different molecular weight which are H-PT8ML8-F8 and L-PT8ML8-F8. Film is fabricated on ITO glass by drop casting. Time of fight technique is used to measure the vertical charge carrier mobility at different temperature in this work. Based on the experimental results, the charge carrier mobility of H-PT8ML8-F8 and L-PT8ML8-F8 are almost the same. Because the copolymer PT8ML8-F8 is assembled by polythiophene polyfluorene and the other group, the mobility of PT8ML8-F8 could be compared with polyfluorene and P3HT. The charge carrier mobility of them are very approaching. It is suitable to infer that the copolymerization does not affect the charge mobility.
