| Abstract: | 實驗室先前所發展出來的分子籠1為一具備三維內部空腔的分子。有別於傳統”雙穿透”系統的分子肌肉,以分子籠1為基礎的[2]車輪烷分子,可以透過外加試劑和移除試劑,反復控制其啞鈴形組成進行”收縮 (contraction) ”和”舒張(stretch)”的動作。由於此行為亦可類比肌肉分子的運動模式,故可認為是一個「分子肌肉」的新設計。 We demonstrated that a molecular cage-based [2]rotaxane can functions as an artificial molecular muscle through the control of fluoride anions. We are at present investigating the further use of container-like host molecules within molecular machines and other functional molecules. |
