Abstract

本研究以交易成本理論與交易統治結構的觀點，探討數位典藏素材與產品的交易市場與衍生的問題，並深入探討推廣數位典藏交易流通之中介機構的功能規劃。 本研究透過次級資料的搜集與廠商深入訪談的研究方法，得到以下的研究發現： 1.極高的交易成本導致素材與產品的交易困難 2.以第三方中介機構能有效解決素材與產品之交易流通 3.強化產品行銷推廣以帶動素材授權活動 4.素材交易平台的功能規劃能解決素材應用加值時面臨的問題 5.產品行銷推廣交易平台的功能規劃能解決產品流通推廣的問題

A Study of Value System and Key Factors of Digital Archives Industry Advisor: Wen-Hua Chen Author: Yu-Chieh Su

From the view of transaction cost theory and transaction governance structure, this thesis analyzed the transactional issue about source material and product of digital archives. Moreover, it discussed the function planning of transaction platform of digital archives. The study found five things by literature review and in-depth interviews. First, the difficulties of transaction of source material and product are caused by extremely high transaction cost. Next, intermediary organizations based on trilateral governance can lower transaction cost of source material and product. Third, improving marketing of product can drive authorization of source material. Fourth, the function planning of source material transaction platform can solve problems of value-added activities. Finally, the function planning of product transaction platform can solve problems of marketing.
