| dc.description.abstract | A Study of Value System and Key Factors of Digital Archives Industry
Advisor: Wen-Hua Chen Author: Yu-Chieh Su From the view of transaction cost theory and transaction governance structure, this thesis analyzed the transactional issue about source material and product of digital archives. Moreover, it discussed the function planning of transaction platform of digital archives. The study found five things by literature review and in-depth interviews. First, the difficulties of transaction of source material and product are caused by extremely high transaction cost. Next, intermediary organizations based on trilateral governance can lower transaction cost of source material and product. Third, improving marketing of product can drive authorization of source material. Fourth, the function planning of source material transaction platform can solve problems of value-added activities. Finally, the function planning of product transaction platform can solve problems of marketing. | en |
