摘要: | 本實驗主要研究方向為乳化液的穩定性與燃燒特性,首先將生質柴油、水和醇類分別各加入1%至3%的乳化劑Tween80和Span80,再分別經由pump壓迫油水通過多孔金屬來達到混合效果,最後產生油水乳化液。而我將探討不同的水含量以及乳化劑含量的油水乳化液在不同時間下,其在顯微鏡下所觀察到的水顆粒尺寸大小,以及隨著時間所產生的油水分離情況,也就是不同成分的油水乳化液隨時間變化的穩定性。
接著以Ink-Jet printing method產生穩定的乳化液自由液滴,並使其通過高溫燃燒爐所產生的火焰平面,最後完成穩定的燃燒研究。而我將觀察與探討液滴的燃燒現象與特性,包括了燃燒速率、點火延遲以及微爆現象,並比較生質柴油與超級柴油的油水乳化液,分別在穩定性與燃燒特性上的差異,做一分析與探討,實驗結果發現,生質柴油加水乳化液要比超級柴油加水乳化液更難以穩定,但燃燒性質接近,而甲、乙醇的添加則有促進微爆劇烈程度的功用。 The main destinations of this experiment is discussing the stability and burning characteristics of the emulsion. First, we add 1% and 3% emusifying agent Tween80 to the bio-diesel and emusifying agent span80 to water and alcohol, then we let bio-diesel pass through a porous metal and water pass another by utilizing a pump. Then bio-diesel and water will be mixed together and become an emulsion. And we will observe the size of emulsion particles with different composition, and the separation of bio-diesel and water along with time. In other words, we discuss the stability of these emulsions. Next, we use ink-jet printing method to produce a stable free droplet of the emulsion and let the droplet pass a high-temprature flame panel made by a combustion furnace. Finally, this combustion experiment will be finished. After this experiment, we have to discuss some phenomenons and properties during the combustion of these droplets. Including burning speed, ignition delay, and micro explosion, and compare the stabilities and combustion properties between the emulsion of bio-diesel and super-diesel. We find that the emulsion of bio-diesel is less stable than that of super-diesel. However, the combustion properties of them are similar to each other. By the way, oil with methanol or ethanol will promote the micro explosion. |
