台灣健康銀髮族服務的創新商業模式研究

Abstract

台灣隨著高齡化社會的到來，國民平均餘命增加，人口結構的改變是必然的趨勢。隨著醫療衛生的進步，健康之年長者持續增加，未來能提供什麼服務來協助年長者面對及適應退休後漫長的晚年生活，將會是本研究之研究重點。 本研究主旨以銀髮服務產業為中心，聚焦於目前現有之服務機構的服務模式與經營方式，探討如何突破現有銀髮服務產業的發展困境，並運用適當的策略理論，建立創新的銀髮服務模式，以作為未來政府或私人機構經營之參考。 本研究分析國內外個案之現有做法之優缺點，並針對服務缺口來規劃出尚未被滿足且專屬於健康年長者之可能的服務模式，設計創新商業模式的服務內容、服務流程與經營模式。另外，本研究也建構了此商業模式之核心能力與競爭優勢，並運用策略理論得知此商業模式的優劣勢與永續經營的方法及此商業模式於執行上可能面臨之困境，以供未來經營者參考。

In Taiwan, the aging society is coming. The national life average expectancy increasing makes the demographic change is inevitable. With the advances in health care, the healthy elderly people keep increasing. The study will focus on what kind of services and activities can be provided and to assist the elderly people have the plans and positive attitudes to face and adapt to the later life. The purpose of this thesis is to break through the current development dilemma of the long-term care service for elderly people. The report is trying to explore the potential of strategic innovation for the day care service for elderly people by applying various strategy theories. It is expected this research will be a good reference for the care serving organizations exploring a business strategy. By analyzing what the existing care serving institutions for elderly people in Taiwan and abroad do and design the business models, the study outlines what the service gaps are in Taiwan. And it constructed the new day service model for the healthy elderly people, including service items, procedure, and business model. Moreover, through discussing the core competencies, key success factors, strength and weakness, and the sustainable way for the innovation business model, it would be the reference for public or private institutions who would like to execute this model in real life.
