| Abstract: | 本研究為傳統車輛空調系統設計一動力輔助馬達以使用於引擎熄火時。馬達的規格乃依據現有之傳統車輛空調壓縮機而訂定。在初步設計過程中,選取最適合之馬達種類、繞線方法與齒極比。接著建立馬達之二維磁路模型,並結合多目標函數最佳化設計軟體(MOST)進行最佳化設計,其最佳化設計結果再經由有限元素軟體來驗證並修改其不足。而後對設計之馬達進行熱分析,以確保馬達可在安全的溫度下運轉三分鐘。最後利用有限元素軟體計算出馬達之直交軸電感,來驗證半嵌入永磁式馬達其凸極比大於一。 In this thesis, we describe the requirement of an auxiliary power electric motor for a vehicle A/C compressor. The required specifications are based on traditional vehicle compressor products. The preliminary design process determined the motor type, winding type, and number of slots and poles by comparing their advantages and disadvantages. A 2-D magnetic circuit model was constructed using motor equations and optimized with the Multifunction Optimization System Tool (MOST). The optimization results were verified and refined using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) design tool. The thermal analysis of the designed motor was used to ensure that the motor could be operated in a safe temperature region for 3 min working. In addition, the direct- and quadrature-axis inductances were calculated to prove that the saliency of the half-inset magnet rotor type motor is greater than unity. |
