Abstract: | 雲端科技的快速進步造成了幼教機構環境的巨大變化,衝擊了幼教機構的現行商業模式的各個面向。本研究通過文獻探討及個案分析兩種研究方法,探討雲端科技的發展與應用在教學上的現況。本研究由巨觀而微觀透過個案分析探討幼教產業層面、公司層面、及行銷層面,研究如何利用雲端科技來提高競爭優勢。研究結果發現,雲端科技除了有提升標準化、客製化的效益之外,還可以加速工作的即時性與空間彈性。此外,在商業模式或行銷策略上,雲端科技並非取代原有的經營理念或企業文化,而是這三者彼此之間可以產生綜效來強化原有的競爭優勢。 The rapid advances in cloud technology have brought about tremendous changes in the environment of preschool education institutions and have hit the various facets of the current business model of them. This research explores the prevailing development and application of cloud technology in education through literature research and case study. In this research, we explore the kindergarten education from an industry perspective, company level and marketing perspective through a case study of how to apply cloud technology to enhance competitive advantage. The study found that cloud technology enhanced not only the standardization and customization but also the readiness and flexibility of workflow. In addition, in the business model or marketing strategy, cloud technology is not to replace the original business philosophy or corporate culture, but all three can produce synergy between each other to strengthen the existing competitive advantage. |
